Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with salsa and Mexican tin art, Hojalata.
Do you have the best salsa recipe in Vallejo? Enter your salsa in Springstowne Library's Salsa Competition and you may be crowned the salsa champion! Those who would like to submit a salsa entry are asked to register for the event.
We will also be crafting Hojalata, a form of Mexican folk art in which thin sheets of metal are embossed and vibrantly colored. All supplies provided.
