- African trainers will be provided to try the martial arts style.
- Bring your own protective gear to participate in the tournaments.
- No sharps!
9 - 10:00am Training Session: Learn the movements, attacks, and blocks with no body contact.
10:30am - 12pm African Sword Fighting Tournament
1 - 2:30pm Mixed Weapons/Group Combat Tournament
